Billing Conditions & HKFC Rules

* You will be billed according to days signed up for.

* Classes are $400/Camp Session.

* You will be invoiced through your HKFC account at the end of the month or will be billed in advanced through your provided email address.

* In the event of Typhoon signal no. 8  or above or rainstorm warning black, Camp will be cancelled.

* Regrettably no refund can be given for cancellation as a result of inclement weather or non-participation. This includes withdrawal after 11am on Friday 30th March 2012.

* I accept that the HKFC, its servants and employees and its coaches will not accept liability whatsoever arising out of any accident or injury to any person or for loss or damage to any property anywhere within the HKFC or any venue in connection with the HKFC Children's classes programmes.

* A member's secondary carer may accompany a child of that Member in the absence of both parents to participate in activity programme, provided that such secondary carer is the holder of a guardian's card issued pursuant Secondary Carers to Bye-Law 4. Secondary carers of non-members are not permitted. 

* Secondary carers are not permitted to wait for members, family members or other secondary carer in Reception or meet there with other Secondary Carers.

* The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited while on club premises.
